Moss Walls at Phantom Farms Brewing

Three massive living moss walls were created for Phantom Farms Brewing in January 2024. Four different species of living moss were used to create this design, along with several subspecies of living moss. The lighter green moss species depicts the topographical graph of the Blackstone River Valley as it goes through the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

The 3 living moss air filter installation in total is capturing: 

Carbon dioxide:

– 37,050 ppm of CO2 daily
– 13,523,250 ppm of CO2 yearly

Harmful pollutants daily including dust, allergens, dander, VOCs, toxic gases, metals, bacteria, viruses, and mold:

– 292,063,298 ppm of harmful pollutants daily
– 106,603,103,587 ppm of harmful pollutants yearly

More pictures are below! The professional pictures were taken almost a year after the 3 moss walls were installed – and they’re still thriving and going strong! Moss and plant walls from other companies would have needed replacement 4-5 times since installation compared to our long-lasting living moss air filters!
